Joto’s Pizza…family owned and operated since 1974! No one would have expected a young couple from rural Wisconsin to sell everything to move to Florida only to start one of the most recognized local pizza chains in Pinellas County. It all began on January 22, 1974 when Fred and Carol Zinda opened their first pizza restaurant in Pinellas Park with only 5 employees.

Over the next 30+ years, Joto’s has grown and evolved into a favorite destination for all. We have expanded to 4 family-friendly locations providing excellent table service in a casual environment. Joto’s in Seminole opened in 1982, Joto’s on Belcher Road opened in 1999, Joto’s in Largo (West Bay Drive) opened in 2003, and Joto’s in St. Petersburg (South 49th Street) opened in September 2007.

Each location has a unique personality with employees that have been with us for years (a handful of which have worked for Joto’s for over 25+ years). We encourage you to stop by and visit us but if you can’t dine in, we recommend you use our take-out service (call ahead or walk-up) or our delivery service which brings the food right to your doorstep.

Additionally, all locations can cater ANY business, school, church or family event. We can provide numerous pizzas or banquet style trays or platters of salads, pasta, subs, wraps, appetizers, etc. so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our managers will gladly work with you to tailor your order based on the type of event and number of people attending.

When you enjoy Joto’s Pizza, you will notice we pride ourselves on 3 factors: we provide you delicious food for a reasonable price; we greet and serve you in a friendly manner; and we maintain the cleanest environment in the preparation of food and service to our customers. Our dough and sauce are prepared daily from scratch and we use fresh ingredients in making your food to order.

Stop by any Joto’s Pizza and you will notice why we are still a family business. You will find the name is derived from Fred and Carol's daughters, Jodi (Jo) and Tori (To). Both daughters are full-time associates in the business working in various capacities, and their husbands are the operators on premises handling the day-to-day operations. You will see Fred and Carol’s grandchildren sporting their “Joto’s shirts” for advertising campaigns, community parades or simply for the frames on the walls in each location.
